The skirt has a beautiful white yoke elastic waist and your choice of Christmas fabric gathered skirt (I will email you the link to browse for options upon ordering) then a matching tulle petticoat underneath peeking out. To top it off, an adorably fun fitted tee layered with lots of fun scallops and shapes and appliqued monogram or initial.
You may choose just the tee or the entire outfit. This can be made in any size from newborn to girls 12.
